CLOTHING CARE & SUSTAINABILITY TIPS

CLOTHING CARE AND WASHING GUIDELINES
For us, forgetting your headphones on leg day is second only to neglecting your new 'fits. That's why we've compiled some helpful tips to maintain your favorite workout attire.

CHECK THE CARE LABEL
Whether it's bottles, bags, leggings, or hoodies, always start by checking the care label before washing. It may seem simple, but this step can prevent washing, drying, or ironing mishaps. Make sure to understand those symbols, too!

WASH INSIDE OUT
Let's get real - sweat, dead skin cells, and bacteria build up on the inside of your clothes, leading to unpleasant odors. Washing your clothes inside out ensures a thorough clean.

USE LOW OR COLD TEMPERATURE
We're advocates for sustainability. Washing at high temperatures wastes energy, so stick to 30°C or below for your sportswear.

SKIP THE TUMBLE DRYER
Tumble drying exposes your clothing and printing to excessive heat and agitation, shortening its lifespan. Opt for air drying whenever possible to preserve elasticity, logos, and prints. It's also a more eco-friendly choice, reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
